Yes,

The main logo should be the ShunDao Seal/Logo as that's a tip of the hat to my Sifus and their Famiy...

But I do like these Dragon Logos..

So I will find a place for them somewhere...

Lol

So do you feel I should keep to the ShunDao Logo for the 0nline School or this Chinese Dragon style logo?

Hey everyone! Looking to add Qigong to your daily health routine? Here are 6 helpful tips for beginners:

1. Start with simple exercises to build a foundation ( Twist The Waist / Willow Tree Qigong for Example)...
2. Be consistent with practicing, even if only for a few minutes every day ( In Daoism this is known as the Water Way, 5 mins a day over 30 days is 2 and a half hours practice, that goes a long way...)
3. Focus on your breathing and movement coordination ( This Is the KEY to Qigong/ Breath Work or Working with Breath).
4. Listen to your body and adjust the intensity as needed ( REMEMBER Qigong is NOT just an exercise it is a diagnostic tool!).
5. Find a supportive community or instructor for guidance and motivation ( errr HELLO! And Welcome to SHUNDAO!!! )

  1. Any questions find someone who has extensive knowledge of Qigong, especially the Healing side ( errrr  HELLO! Sifu here!)

Whether you're new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, incorporating these tips can help you achieve balance and well-being in your daily life. Feel free to share any other tips that have worked well for you!
